Tips To Help You Out

Verify you are using the correct username and password to login to your RealCHOICE TV account.

Once you have verfied you are using the correct login information, please power down the device you are using. A complete shut down of a device takes approximately 1-2 minutes. After 1-2 minutes has passed power on your device, and try to access your RealCHOICE TV account. If you are still having problems please proceed to Step 3.
