Customer Wireless Equipment Installment Plan

This Wireless Equipment Installment Plan has important terms and conditions regarding your monthly equipment plan and other fees.
1. Definitions
a) “JB-Nets Broadband Services”, “JB-Nets”, “JB-Nets, LLC”, “We” “Our” “Us” and “The Company” refer to the company JB-Nets Broadband Services who is providing you services under this Plan/Agreement. b) “The Customer”, “You”, “Your”, and “I” refer to you, the customer of JB-Nets Broadband Services who will be receiving services and/or equipment under this Plan/Agreement. c) “Wireless Equipment Installment Plan”, “Installment Plan”, and “Plan” refer to the Agreement between you and the company regarding service and/or installment plans. d) “Wireless Equipment” and “Equipment” refer to any devices and/or equipment you have opted to have installed on your premises by JB-Nets Broadband Services. These may include, but are not limited to, any or all cabling inside and/or outside your home, boxes/devices located on the exterior of your premises, routers, Power over Ethernet (POE) devices, etc. e) “Term of Commitment” refers to the amount of time it will take to fulfill the installment plan. f) “Service Installation” refers to when service has been installed at premises and is fully obtainable for use. g)“Total Finance Amount” refers to the sum of all required wireless equipment and installation. h) “Monthly Installment Charge” and “Installment” refer to the monthly amount of Total Finance Amount. This amount is figured by taking the Total Finance Amount and evenly dividing it among the Term of Commitment. 2. Terms & Conditions a) You will receive a copy of this signed Plan via email or paper depending on your preferred receiving method. b) You accept this Wireless Equipment Installment Plan by doing any of or all the following:
i) Providing your written or electronic signature or acknowledgement. ii)Activating service at your premises that is provided by JB-Nets Broadband Services. iii)Paying for services provided by JB-Nets Broadband Services. iv)Using JB-Nets Broadband Services after making a change or addition that would require another Wireless Equipment Installment Plan. c)You do not own the equipment installed on your premises until the agreed amount given has been paid in full to JB-Nets Broadband Services according to this plan. d)You have no right to sell, give away, transfer, pledge, mortgage, alter, tamper, or do anything else that may knowingly alter the usage of the Wireless Equipment while under this plan. e) The Term of Commitment is 12 months from the date of Service Installation. f) The Total Finance Amount of this plan is $204. g) The Monthly Installment Charge will be $17 each month. This amount will be added to your monthly service bill until paid in full. h) A valid credit or debit card must be provided for this plan. This credit card will be placed on your account and will be used for monthly payment deduction for this plan along with your service. This card must stay up to date and will be the customer’s responsibility to make sure this happens. Any payments that come back declined may be tried until payment is successful. JB-Nets will not be responsible for any additional fees that may accrue from your credit provider if successful payment causes, but not limited to, overdraw on account, exceeds credit limit, etc. i) Once the Term of Commitment has been reached, any equipment that was part of this plan will be owned by the customer. However, JB-Nets still has the right to access this equipment to maintain our service to you. j)Services cancelled before this plan has been fulfilled may be subject to an Early Termination Fee (“ETF”). (See Section 4 for more information). k) Any changes that may be made to our Terms & Conditions will be provided via email (if applicable) and announced and readily available on our website and/or social media page(s). 3. Payment Terms a. The Total Finance amount of this plan has been evenly divided over the Term of Commitment time of 12 months. b. You may make additional payments each month to fulfill this commitment sooner with no penalty. c. You may pay the remainder amount of the plan in full during any time of the plan with no penalty. d. Any amount of a Monthly Installment Charge that has not been paid for in a month will automatically be applied in addition to next month’s Installment and monthly service. e. Any additional amount received each month that has not been specified by the customer to be applied to this plan will automatically be applied to your current and/or next monthly service amount. f. There will be no late fee accrued on this Monthly Installment charge on its own, however, any customer account that has an outstanding balance may accrue our standard Late Fee charge of $10.00. 4. Early Termination Fee (“ETF”) You may cancel your JB-Nets Broadband Service at any time; however, your account may accrue an Early Termination Fee penalty. Service canceled within our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee will not receive any penalty. Service canceled after our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, but before your Wireless Equipment Installment Plan has reached the end of commitment, will be subject to an ETF. We reserve the right to charge any ETFs to any credit or debit card you have on file with us at the amount listed below.

5. Wireless Equipment Returns / Non-Return Fees Any account successfully canceled before the Term of Commitment has been reached will be required to return any Wireless Equipment provided to you by the company during this plan for the use of obtaining JB-Nets’ service. Customer will be scheduled an appointment for retrieval of all equipment originally provided by us at your premises. If you are not available at the scheduled time, and our technicians are unable to collect all wireless equipment from the interior and/or exterior of your location, you will be given 15 days after the scheduled date to make further arrangements. The customer will be responsible for initiating this second arrangement. If all provided equipment is not received within 30 days of cancellation, you will be charged an additional Non-Return Fee of $35.00. We reserve the right to charge this additional fee to any former credit or debit card that was on file on your account prior to your cancellation. 6. Warranty Disclaimer and Limitations of Damages You are responsible for any loss of and/or damage to Wireless Equipment that is attributable but not limited to improper handling, misuse or abuse, or Acts of God. Any services, replacements, and/or repair due to the above-mentioned will be at full cost to the customer. JB-Nets will not be held responsible for any service downtime as a result of the above-mentioned loss and/or damage. Wireless Equipment that fails outside of the circumstances determined by JB-Nets and happens before the Installment Plan has reached full commitment, will be provided with a free equipment replacement. Any failed equipment will be returned to the manufacturer for a return and or exchange by JB-Nets. Any equipment failure that happens after this plan has reached commitment will be at the customer’s expense unless stated otherwise by the company. 8. Arbitration You, the customer, and JB-Nets Broadband Services, the company, agree that you and JB-Nets Broadband Services will resolve any dispute under this Customer Wireless Equipment Installment Plan, the Agreement, or anything relating to your internet services provided by JB-Nets Broadband Services through binding arbitration, as fully set forth in the Customer Wireless Equipment Installment Plan.

This Fiber Equipment Installment Plan has important terms and conditions regarding your monthly equipment plan and other fees. 1. Definitions a) “JB-Nets Broadband Services”, “JB-Nets”, “JB-Nets, LLC”, “We” “Our” “Us” and “The Company” refer to the company JB-Nets Broadband Services who is providing you services under this Plan/Agreement. b) “The Customer”, “You”, “Your”, and “I” refer to you, the customer of JB-Nets Broadband Services who will be receiving services and/or equipment under this Plan/Agreement. c) “Fiber Equipment Installment Plan”, “Installment Plan”, and “Plan” refer to the Agreement between you and the company regarding service and/or installment plans. d)“Fiber Equipment” and “Equipment” refer to any devices and/or equipment you have opted to have installed on your premises by JB-Nets Broadband Services. This amount will be added to your monthly service bill until paid in full. h) A valid credit or debit card must be provided for this plan. This credit card will be placed on your account and will be used for monthly payment deduction for this plan along with your service. This card must stay up to date and will be the customer’s responsibility to make sure this happens. Any payments that come back declined may be tried until payment is successful. JB-Nets will not be responsible for any additional fees that may accrue from your credit provider if successful payment causes, but not limited to, overdraw on account, exceeds credit limit, etc. i) Once the Term of Commitment has been reached, any equipment that was part of this plan will be owned by the customer.
